Is it just me.....or has anyone else seen the advert on the tv that starts with this american bloke is talkin about a certain service...then at the end the advert is for 'BRITISH AIRWAYS'....american bloke not very british

We have loads of commercials in the US that are done in British accents, and done by British actors. Does'nt really matter does it?

Aye i agree there fella and particular when it comes to football managers......if all the team members have to be a national of that country to play for that country.....then surely its only right that the manager should be from that country! Just a thought!

Just went to a drive up ATM cash point at a Bank of America. It had a pre-recorded voice that tells you what to do when you first put your card in. It was a British womans accent! At a Bank of America! First thing that came to my mind was this old thread...LOL!

when you say drive up atm . . you mean like a drive thro mc dees or summat !! ?? think i remember seeing summat like on tele a bit back that was in the usa , a drive thro bank but it had a women sat behind a desk !! lol what ever next eh !!! . . wonder when theyll start avin them over ere !! lol

An ATM is a cash point or cash machine that you stick your card into and get cash back. They are located all over the place over here and at banks with drive up alleys so you dont have to get out of your car.
Almost all banks have drive up service as well, so you dont have to get out of your car to deposit cash or any other bank transaction.
Drive up pharmacies (chemists) are quite popular as well as liquor stores. This sort of thing has been around for many many years, and is nothing new to us.
A lot of proper restraunts are getting drive up windows too. It's not only limited to fast food joints anymore. It's the land of convenience and laziness.

Do u not just think that is really lazy tho havin every thin that is drive thru, i mean i dont drive so i walk every where anyway unless lee drives me but for drivers i think this is a bad idea u wouldnt walk anywhere would ya an then just become a slob or summit.
