Fingers crossed all of my not so little ones will be in school next week  I have been wanting to go to the pictures for a while to see some films. Has anyone been to see anything and if so what would you recommend or what should we stay clear off  .

I fancied that Sea one, (cant think of the name) were that couple are stranded cause there boat goes while they are diving. Normally not my type of film.
Thanks peeps ;)

Open Water

Blue Water

The only thing I can say about this film,is that the whole film was made for $80,000 and the two stars got paid $50 a day. But over looking this it looks to be a great film and took $13 million in the first week in the USA.

I'm not sure if this is your view of the film or your view of my comments. So just to clear up - I was almost right is the $80,000. Please read below

'Reportedly budgeted at less than £100,000, Open Water is a masterful exercise in sustained tension.

Director Kentis and his wife and producer Laura Lau shot the film on weekends and holidays, and have not employed a single special effect or computer generated image.'

Information taken form Ic Newcastle.

If this is your view on the film, ok. I still haven't seen it, and I don't think I will!

I went to watch Supersize Me the other day. Obviously is more a docu then film, but really good anyway.

I have to say, watching what he had to eat for the month really did make me feel quite ill- i am not a lover of Mc Donalds anyway, but even less now.

:)
