whats up with deck????

technics 1210 deck up it, everytime i play a tune the arm seems to be pulling back, its not the weight or the anti skate any ideas?????????????

Have you tried swapping cartridges / needles ?

What needles are you using ? Is it possible the tone arm is shunted ?
