What's your favourite style to mix..

Just wondering if anyone else enjoys mixing up the hardcore as well as the more housey stuff..

I've only been at it a bit now, and I enjoy mixing the piano and house stuff, tis mint when you pull of a few smooth mixes..but last night I whacked the hardcore on and had a right laugh..stomping away behind the decks and all that..

just wondering what your favourite style of music was and do you change your own style when playing say hardcore compared to piano stuff.. smooth for the piano and cutting it up for the hardcore??

yep go mental

on the old hiphop / electro, and hardcore mixin
especially big bass lines like 'king cut'

and get the acca's out for the housey tunes with no words

and then turn it up for the prolekult 12"'s
bangin trance before it all went a bit edam smelling


I'm gonna have to get a third deck plugged in for the ultimate laugh

Havent seriously donned the decks in ages, but besides Old Skool (which I reckon is the hardest to mix smoothly) it has to be epic-progressive house/trance.
Once you get a knack 4 it, you can easily mix as smooth as Digweed etc.......
