Right looks like i maybee borrowing some money form them loan sharks called provident. lend 200 pay 300 back:(

So i have 200 quid from them to spend on decks thats f all i know but its better than nothing.

Just wandering which one of the sets u would go for from http://www.richersounds.com

There are 7 sets there for under 199.99

2 X Numark TT1510 (Turnable) + DM905 (Mixer) + Vivanco DX300's

Is the one that looks about best to me @£199.95 rrp£489.95 £290 Off.

This good nuff one the decks side of things?

Used to use a set of pro 150s and they did me fine, till me bro sold them and got sl1210s,and now hes sold them too:(

So got about 1000 records there doing feck all.

If you must buy cheap decks, try them out before you do. My advice would be not to bother at all and wait til you have a bit more cash, I have cheap decks and have regretted getting them ever since. Once you have em you won't get your money back on em either if you sell, not like you would with technics.

If you must go for cheap ones, I reckon cheap belt drives are probably better than cheapo direct drive ones. This might sound strange and no doubt someone will say i'm talking out of my arse but I find cheap direct drive decks very difficult to keep under control

Best advice I can offer is keep saving ya pennies, be patient my friend.......

You shouldn't have posted that address, I have just noticed how cheap they are doing 1210s for and now I'm seriously tempted!!!

P.S. Don't even bother looking at the sherwood or limit decks on that page, absolute shite, the kam bdx280s are ok but you can get them cheaper than that (should be able to find them for about £100)
