A lot of spam getting through onto the site today? Genuine this, buy that, subscribe here etc.

Please stop them and yes I will contribute for gold membership as hopefully others will otherwise the site will very quickly implode!

where are you seeing this spam? everything seems okay to me. noticed in the help section howy says the same as you. i've looked at various threads in various forum headings and can't see anything...yet. :confused:

edit: seen 2 in "announcements" and 1 in "introduce yourself". i take it back sim, we're under attack!

Ive been tidying it all up early this morning. Spoke to Butty and hes been tweaking a few settings to try and sort this IP banning problem and looks like it has allowed a load of spam on. Hes altered some more stuff and hopefully should resolve the problem. Keep your eyes peeled and let us know if not :thumbsup:
