Not me (as yet) Having just ruined an ortofon stylus though, I'm up for trying it if others can post up some tips? A lot of my vinyl has been stored in a cellar where there's been some damp, resulting in damage to the covers and a residue on the vinyl where it just skips right across if you try to play it. So, I've been using Mr Sheen/Pledge over the years with great results, usually Morrison's own brand stuff. The latest Mr Sheen though seems thicker and I use an old Stanton cart/styli to play through after I've sprayed the record first and then wipe down with a cloth, there seems to be traces of Mr Sheen still on the records though and I'm convinced this has ruined the last stylus (only bought about 3-4 months back - glad I had a spare) Anyway, what tips can others share - be great if there was something you could just apply to the records and wipe clean without having to play them through as it takes ages doing them and I tend to only clean a side that I want to play haha
