aye dreams they r a bit mental like!!

dreamstate that occurs during the first and latter stages of sleep are supposedly the conscious mind..
and dreams during REM sleep are the unconscious mind..
Freud and Jung and Rogers all did alot of work on dreams and wot they mean... read some interesting stuff on it a few years ago (but forgot it now!!)
Dreams are a big part of case taking in Homeopathy coz they often hold an inner key to the persons dis-ease... they show stuff that the patient couldnt or wouldnt otherwise express/access.. and especially recurring dreams.

i dont try to understand dreams coz mostly they make no sense are usually quite bizarre! i reckon the key is how u feel in a dream, and how u feel wen u hav woke up.. there is usually something within that relates to the workings of the unconscious..

or i cud b talking utter shite!!! lol!!!

I don't normally remember me dreams but there's 1 that sticks in me mind. I dreamt the house was on fire & I cud smell & see the smoke. I woke up & had 2 check the whole house b4 I cud settle back 2 sleep again :S :S :S

I just awoke from the most amazing, comforting and content dream absolutely gutted. felt like crying and couldn't get back to sleep

I remember when i was quite young probably just learned how to toss meself off so id have been about 4 or 5, lol well maybe 9 or 10, I had a dream about some woman in a red dress and she was lovely, I think i was in love with her, anyway when I woke and realised it was a dream i was crying my eyes out as I knew id never see her again, and I was upset for days after as well :S
