I thought that the verdict was that she died from withdrawal symptoms, so if that's the case it was the drugs and alcohol that caused the problems she suffered, and shock to the system of not having those that killed her.

I'm no doctor though, just stating the line I heard from some doctor who tried to explain the most likely cause of death
