I ordered SMD 25th Anniversary a little while ago - took 2 month extra to arrive due to firstly a delay with the record company - then a problem with the delivery side of things - They did reply via FB on slipmatts page via message after a couple of days- and I did eventually get it.. best speak to Matts missus Rachel as I believe she deals with it. :S
I've ordered the same thing. I've had e-mails from Rachel as you say but also Matt, once saying they had a problem with the new distributor then saying the address was incomplete and it was returned to sender!
It's been 5 days since they replied to any e-mail, just seems a bit out of place.
I'll try contacting them on FB as you mentioned.
I've got no problem with waiting months for it to arrive, just wanna know it will get here at some point.
