Just filled in a works Diversity questionaire which is obviously keeping somebody somewhere in a job...

Bit bemused & perplexed by the 'Other' in the sexual preference question... from the comprehensive options offered I can't see what 'Other' would be... LOL

Any suggestions ?

They give "I prefer not to answer" as one of the options, but nowhere can you select "I prefer not to have sex".

They are discriminating, by forcing people to have a sexual orientation.
That's tantamount to forcing people to have sex.
I notice they don't have "pimp" or "rapist" as options either, which is just typical.

Maybe "other" means you're into animals or something. I'd put that Shooms.

It'd also be nice on shit like that to have the option to select "English" as your nationality. I hate having to be British.

I always describe myself as a traveller of Irish descent on them forms, so if a company fucks me about i can scream the Race Card!
