My favourite artist is Milenko.

He's a 24 carat piss artist! :D :p

Dunno, really....erm....Neil Buchanan off Art Attack. :D ;)

Nah, I do like that guy who does sand sculptures on the beach, like a big horse he did on Carbis Bay beach years ago. He's still in St Ives isn't he Mel?

Never heard of him by name but it's an instantly recognisable style... strangely after I read this thread earlier and was looking at the pictures, I went out from work to get some lunch and noticed a load of graffiti in the subway outside where someone has painted a load of dancing figures just like those in some of those pics

Also reminded me of this record (cos Im sad like that!!):

Ah nathan showed me some of his work a few months ago, simple and from the heart, loved it

I love most forms of graffiti art. This site covers loads of different artists.
http://www.graffiti.org/index/artists.html

Last year when i went to prague i went to an artists exhibition that really took my breath away. The theme was dancing and movement so this was apparent in every piece of work. Everything flowed so perfectly and some of the images were almost abstract. Took the name of the artist down, but like the dim wit that i am, i lost it :p If anyone knows of any czech artists let me know :)

This style of stuff :) but not these particular artists, still cant find that one :(

Who did the painting that is very like Dali's stuff (maybe it was him) of a brass ended bed in a room that is full of water. There are stars in the sky outside the window.... any takers??

It's a pretty cool painting, just cant remember who it's by??

Really like Gockel also myself, his work is more music orientated aswell which gives most people viewing it a focus whereas Kandinskys work often leaves most of my mates (and me) baffled lol.Definatley see the influence though
Heres my favorite Dali -The Hallucinogenic Toreador

Im a big fan of LS Lowry. Ive a limited edition print of "Going to The Match" in the lounge. Until 2 years it was virtually impossible to get one, due to copyright issues :)

Thanks for posting your preferences peeps. Im in need of some inspiration for the new gaff, I'll check these out :)
