I was booked to play bog standard charty dance. So, I played old skool instead, hahaha! Didn't really fuck up (as far as I can remember) though I had my first taste of out of touch randoms asking for Britney Spears and stuff like that.....:| (Whilst the tune playing was DJ Seduction - Hardcore Heaven.) Only cottoned onto the fact it was pretty much a gay bar when I played Shades Of Rhythm - Sound Of Eden and most of the men in their were singing "queen, baby" and pointing at the bloke they were dancing with.....:| Still, good learning curve for me, as at that time I didn't have Technics decks at home (only a pair of leathered Soundlabs, yep times were hard back then lol)Got £70 for it and free beer.<img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/classics/thumbsup.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":thumbsup:" title="thumbs up    :thumbsup:" data-shortname=":thumbsup:" /></blockquote>
