Zone!! really, REALLY want these tunes!

Hello all!!

A few weeks ago me and my mate found an old tape - its a recording of a Zone
night in the north west. Finally - after weeks of searching i got a
tracklisting for the tape from a friend down south. All of these tunes are
so mint - problem is they are old and rare cos i cant find them anywhere....

Im gutted ... but maybe you guys can help me ....tracklist below:

future nation - i'm for real
alhogena - woman in love
mastermind dj - it's a party
mad angels - all my love
dfa - keep in my way
anaiss - come on
fluxid - understand me
good 4 us - love & understanding
phase III - gotta get loose
ruffcut - find a way

If anyone can help me....ANYONE at all id be so greatfull - even suggestions
on how and where i could find them would be appreciated greatly!!!

i really have no idea of what sort of money were talking about here - im a complete newbie at this - the tape was just a chance finding and blew my mind...i was hoping to find it on mp3 so i could make a cd for my mate who is in france but alas that dont seem like its gonna happen.

How bout a little clue? )

Zone at the Venue 4 is fcuking awesome....

As for finding the choons then good luck, keep checking this board often coz now and again classics come up for sale.

Have you tried searching gemm for them, i have a feeling that the Fargetta choon is on there

Alrite Dean m8,

You've come to the right place to get info on the Italian/Zone tunes, there's a few of us on here who are complete anoracks when it comes to the Italian classics :S

The records are very rare m8 and quite expensive and when they come up for sale you gotta be quick!!! I do have spare copies of Zone tunes but not the ones your after at the moment! Always on the hunt though.

you guys are being really helpfull - i do appreciate the help as well cos im an amateur at this kind of stuff.....only chanced accross the tape - never knew it before. All i can hope is that you dont forgett about this post and let me know if anything arises. Unfortunately i dont have the sort of cash to be buying them....i do understand that they are rare and expensive and i guess if thats the case then i have to go without dont i

but still....any info....any help at all is really kool

Bootlegs

I know that some of the zone/Italian tunes got bootlegged on the knights of the turntable series, if you can't afford the originals (or find them!) the booties are still available.

good luck on finding them, but you could by a small pad in covent garden with a few hundred zone 12"

Hey guys!

Im checking out the websites u have provided. Will the songs on these site be the same tracknames as i have listed? if im going to buy any i dont want to get the wrong ones lol.... also does anyone know of any of those zone volumes that will contain the tracks? ideally i want to find them on cd so i can make a copy to send to my friend.......it will take me some time to look.

You can get TFO - Soul & Body on Knights of the turntable vol. 18. Its only available on vinyl and they usually cost around a tenner at the most.
