Got an agent coming round to value mine and put it on the market tomorrow.

Looks like it could be a hairy couple of months.

Add to this I am waiting to hear back on 2 job interviews I had last week.

I love it when life has you flying by the seat of your pants, gives you something really to stress about instead of mindless introspection!!

Cheers dude. Litterall moving about 30 yards up the road if I get the flat I want. Two bed with a nice kitchen and a bit of a roof terrace. Next door to a pub, but its been professionally soundproofed.

I need to make a few quid on mine to afford it, so its a bit of a gamble.

Price wise all I'll say is its very, very, very wrong. :naughty: :p ;)

...hopefully wrong in a good way... i know roughly the area yer talking about (i think) and me fingers are crossed for ya mate cos there ain't too many bargains around there... hopefully you've had yours a while tho & will get a nice surprise when the valuations come back...
Roof terraces are ace. I ummed & ahhed over my drum because I didn't really want a garden but so so nice to have it was deffo the right thing to do...

Got a second interview for one of them.

Still no word on my flat offer though. The fuckers. I've just dangled the carrot of letting them sell mine for me, so they might be a bit more accomodating. Got to be crafty with Estate Agents. They are a shower....

Just upped my offer to the asking price. I don't trust the estate agent one bit, the slimey bastard. If I don't get it I'll fuck them off selling mine.

be gutted if I don't get that flat though, I loved it.

Fingers crossed.

Don't see how they can knock back the azzie price mate... not unless they've got another offer already... make sure a condition of yer offer is that it comes straight off the market if accepted mind!

Yeah I did. But you just feel the estate agent doesn't always tell the vendor what is going on, just bumps it on their own, past the asking if needs be, so they get a better fee. Cnuts the lot of them!
