hehe nice  :D
i recommend spunking all the profits (and then some) up the wall before they're earned

Unfortunately it'll go on the deposit, lawyers fees, stamp duty and agents fees, and anyone else who sucks the blood from the property market. Its a right kerfuffle.

If there's any left over I'm off to Japan for a couple of weeks mind!!

Surely you could do yer own conveyancing & save yerself a few penneys ? Even a one armed monkey could make a fair job of conveyancing so a qualified lawyer could do it (at a push).

All the best anyways fella :D

I'm taking this thread back you hijacking bastards

Got asking price for my flat today.

Should get the one over the road as a result.

Through to the 3rd round of interviews and psychometric testing to see if I'm a mental.

Its all gravy.

I could. Not sure if I can be arsed, and I want some one to sue if it goes to shit. Anyone can do it, doesn't have to be a lawyer.

I never qualified actually mate, fell into banking and compliance instead. Its where people who studied law but have personalities end up apparently. There or jail.
