ya wanna look in stayin kissimee which is jus outside orlando. we found it cheaper than stayin around international drive end and was less hectic. make sure u get a car n all to get about. when weve been there has been a load of us so we have stayed in a villa type thing which didnt work out too bad

Its amaaaaaaaaazin

I stayed on International Drive though.....and my parents had saved up since I was born for an all expenses paid mega trip.....so im not gonna offer any bargin advice.

However......you HAVE to go to Island of Adventures. It is amazing. Even as good as disney Id say. They have adult and kids things....some cat in the hat park.

Epcot is good....but not for little kids really....has this amazing thing called the 'world showcase' and you can walk around mini England, mini China, mini USA etc. It was really ace and you can buy loads.

You'll love it! and october is the perfect time to go. We went then, and it was hot enough to enjoy - not so hot that you dont wanna walk around anywhere.

I also stayed in Kissimee at the Holiday Inn. It was very near Old Town and had plenty of things to do at night without all the hustle and bustle of International Drive. Also, it worked out cheaper. If you're not keen on hiring a car, the major hotels all offer free transport and excursions to the main theme parks.

Ticket booths on the streets in Kissimee also offer queue jump tickets with transport for about $5 more than the entry price to the parks so you can't go wrong really.

I also reccomend you steer clear of Epcot, its rammed to the rafters and doesn't really have much to offer other than queues of around 3 hours just to get something to eat which is what most people do because of the lack of rides on offer.

Universal Studios was the best day I had there. Fantastic!

We stayed over in Feb,as advised due to the Massive Queues you get on the rides when you go a little later in the year.We found it manageable, but be prepared to wait for around 45 mins on some rides even out of season.

Cant comment on how cheap Kissimee is as Butty had said earlier, but we stopped on I-Drive and found it easy to reach everywhere as there are buses that are dirt cheap running the length of it,where there's loadsa places to eat, shop n spend ya dollars.

We had a ball...

Hope the trip goes well...

If I was going then I'd check on NASA's web site and would book when a shuttle launch is scheduled. You can nip down to the Cape and watch it

Its supposed to be an amazing experience and even though your like 4 miles away the blast still knocks you back... that would own
