does anyone have knowledge of ebay? i bought some concert tickets on the understanding she had them there and then, i sent payment through paypal which is pending at the moment, then she says she'l send the tickets when she recieves them!! which could be november!! how do i cancel a pending payment thru paypal?? can i instruct my bank to block payment? i no this aint got nowt to do with this website but your a helpful bunch and i'm at my wits end!! thank you in advance

u should beable 2 cancel payment by paypal but u might get bad feed bac or u can let ur bank know , u aint recived them yet so paypal & ebay should be able 2 stop it (if that fails tell em sum cnut foooooked about wid ya pc ) i hope this helps
