Welcome mate, grew up in Pickering North Yorks and remember the Blue Monkey and the Eclipse at Stockton.
Also remember Leeds Warehouse!! Good crowd on here!

Starting going out clubbing in 1990 - Chambers in Sunderland - Mondays, Stone Roses, Warp Bleeps (LFO), D Shake, KLF.....Back end of 1990, we relocated to Blue Monkey, when Adrian (drop me a pm )used to mix the chart dance stuff up with a bit of Madchester, Talking Heads "Slippery People", and hoyed these duffers in Londonbeat, 24/7 Featuring Captain Hollywood ..
Left hand side on the bottom dancefloor, from late 90 til late 91....
Unfortuanately, i only went to Havana once...
Spend most of 1990 onwards, listening to Wear FM and recording the monday and thursday shows, especially....
Used to kick about with Yoz and Spen, who took over the Monday show from Howie (who funnily enough, i used to work with..well weird...)
Anyway...HELLO!!!
