I think its a superb piece of artistic genres that are fused together to present us with a different perspective of our urban landscape.
the minimalist / kinetic / installation / artforms that are used here gives us an abstracted view of something familiar, turning the mundane into the interesting. It changes the visual construction of the building by takeing the outside and transforming it into the inside and vice versa.
