I think its a superb piece of artistic genres that are fused together to present us with a different perspective of our urban landscape.

the minimalist / kinetic / installation / artforms that are used here gives us an abstracted view of something familiar, turning the mundane into the interesting. It changes the visual construction of the building by takeing the outside and transforming it into the inside and vice versa.

ITS SUPPOSED TO BE ART, AND THE ARTIST SAID THAT IT WOULD ENHANCE IT ONCE IT HAD STARTED TO GET WEATHERED, ITS ONLY THERE FOR 18 MONTHS AND THEN THE BUILDING IS BEING KNOCKED DOWN.
THE BUILDING WAS EMPTY FOR AGES TILL THEY DONE THIS , THEY RECKONED IT WAS UNSAFE.HOPE THAT GIVES U MORE INFO. ALL I KNOW IS THAT ITS FUCKIN MAD
