i know its something to do with print screen and then open the paint application but i cant quite recall the whole process

Just press print screen and then right click and paste the image where you want it Debs.

think you have to press either 'CNTL' then 'Print Screen' or a 'function' button then 'Print Screen' for it to copy it though; (with my PCs you do anyway).. Then paste it were ever you want

its was literally print screen then paste :| easy peasy
