I think the whole blood thing is just clutching for anything now, its a holiday apartment in Portugal. They are gonna do the DNA test and the blood is going to be match with some guy in Sunderland, they gonna grill him for 3 weeks until he admits he got reamed up the arse by another guy whilst on holiday. What a waste of tax payers money.
The thing that intrigues me is the way the press have reacted to this story. Its obviously a horrific incident, but is it me or does anyone else think - imagine if Madelines parents where a pair of chavs from Wythenshawe or somewhere (no offence just an example!) and not a GP and a consultant surgeon then, by now the British press would have absolutly ripped them to pieces for leaving her alone?....

its not like leavin a child upstairs wile in the gdn at all, u make sure a childs rm is safe, they wer in an apartment, 3 v yung kids, they cud av chokd, a fire started or owt (as it did)
wen i take my kids away, if they go 2 kids club, even tho im not off resort, they av mobile numbers, or at nite they dine wiv me n fall a sleep in ther pram if there tired, they av babysittin service in most resorts now n e way, i wud chek ther qualifications etc, like most parents do, but never leav them alone in the rm

Ok if I had any thought that I saw the little girl with somebody, Im sure as hell that I would go over and get a closer look its not like you wouldnt recognise the girl after how much her face has been publicied. She has that distinct eye also. Lets say that you have half an idea that it is her, would you not call the police and follow them if they leave or even aprehend the person with her, if you are wrong then so be it but at least you tried.

A theory my 'sales rep' came up with, which I think is very sick is, that she has been taken to a peado ring, and the sightings are are the peados trying to throw police off the scent of where she really is...Sick theory or what????:S :|

IMO , i recon it was a set up decoy story that dna thing ,cause they turned over that "prime" suspects garden and van more or less a day after that story broke , its a well know police tactic that , they must have his phone + villa bugged waiting for him to mabey let something slip or waiting to see a slight change his behaviour ,
just imagine him seeing that news story on tv a possible sighting , it would defo provoke some reaction from him , either good or bad ,
what i will say if it is him then hope they get it sorted soon but ffs if its not the media have runied his life just like that colin stagg:S
ohh and if it was a pair of chavs that left their little girl "home alone" in benidorm or something im sure people,s opinions inc the UK gutter press would be a hell of a lot different ,

still cant belive they left thier precious little cherubs in a room alone and went off to dinner, without a baby monitor, listening service or babysitter, but then they will pay for that decision every day now in thier own heads wont they

i feel for her siblings, in years to come it will be a very difficult loss for them
i have a feeling she is no longer alive, pinched, violated by some nutters (who will no doubt have seen the media storm) and then had to dispose of her
its feking tragic whatevers happened to her, the poor little girly, and if she is still alive she is no doubt terrified and missing her family to the ends of the earth

I went on holiday to Cornwall in late June and on the way down had to stop at some services somewhere in Gloucestershire. My eldest daughter who is 4 this week needed to go to the toilet, so whilst the missus fed my 10 month old daughter, I took her to the toilets. On the way up to them (was quite a walk) we passed a coach full of OAP's, a few of them were sitting on picnic tables near their coach. When we walked past there was this old woman who was really staring at us. I didn't think anything of it, but on the way back, all of the coach were staring at us, which made me feel uncomfortable.
When I got back to the car, I thought they may well have thought it was Madeleine McCann with me, as my daughter has the same colour hair although longer and blue eyes. Other than that there is no resemblance. Then I wondered why no-one had called the police or challenged me/spoke to my daughter.
It seems everyone in the country is on the lookout, but will do nothing anyway.
I feel complete despair for the parents.

i have started to just skip over threads with text speak in them as i cant be bothered to sit and decipher what they are saying. *Sam* used to do that a lot in her threads and it got to the point i stopped reading them.
On the madeline thingy...........i feel sorry for the poor little thing but i fear she may no longer be alive. It would be so difficult now for the abductors to keep her. She does not deserve such a fate.

I would say that if "some" of the claims in the portuguese press are correct, the future will not be too bright for the McCanns.
I didn't realise that a whole e-commerce business had sprung from this, i.e payment to the McCanns to download and print the posters from the official site etc.........
I really hope there is a happy ending to this, but cannot see it happening.
