AVG Antivirus Probs

Right,,, I have had this for ages and rate AVG, but recently when updating and finished d/ling the updated software, it still shows that my version is out of Date, so d/led the latest free software and tried again, still having the same probs!!

Any ideas on what to do? i also need a good Spyware any suggestions?

HAHAHAHA, would you believe it, i was looking a few days ago and used clicked the time at the bottom of the screen to check some dates on the calander and click on Sept, and left it on there, thats the reason y,

The makers of AVg do a decent antispyware program too...give it a whirl as there is a free edition...also try spybot search and destroy...ad aware and also spyware blaster...also bazooka is a good lil scanner...all of which are free or have free versions:p :p

Glad to hear you sorted out your AVG problem, with the date being wrong on your pc. A while back AVG bought out ewido spyware, which is very good. Try it!

Spot on. I use AVg, Spybot n spyware blaster - better than owt you can buy. I've worked in I.T. for last 13years..
