Trojan Horses???? and spyware no idea why as im doin nothing different to what ive always done!

im not downloading any stuff at all from any sites........ (and no im not goin on any porn sites before anyone starts lol)

got a msg from avg warning me today that i had a trojan attempting to access my pc all i had open was windows messenger and osa?????

just dont get it? how are they accsessing when im not downloading owt?????

i dont open any emails either unless i know the source is kosher

Hello northern star, download this spyware / trojan remover from AVG.
ewido - anti-spyware and anti-malware solutions

Give it a full system scan and let it delete / quarintine any nasties

I also have Spyware blaster running on my PC - very good program and also spybot search and destroy

The home of Spybot-S&D! - keep updated and regulary scan your pc for nasties
SpywareBlaster - keep updated and it runs in the background and prevents stuff getting on

as has been mention EWIDO is also very good.
