At the mo, just made a stir fry with:
Broccoli
Carrots
Sweet Corn
Petit Pois
Leeks
Mushrooms
Done in white wine with a home made red pepper and mushroom sauce & 2 small jacket spuds.....and it's delish

It's winter food innit, nice and warming and something to look forward to.
