Tilts thread reminded me how much I love Simon & Garfunkel... I grew up with these buggers (along with Cat Stevens, David Bowie & Tamla Motown)... remember hearing them being played on chunky whirry 8 track cassettes - for the nippers on here - here's a pic :D

They were the size of a house brick lol

Anyways... what's your favourite S&G tune ? & post a youtube of it :D

For me it's hard to pick between

YouTube - Simon & Garfunkel - Bridge over troubled water

YouTube - The Boxer

YouTube - Simon and Garfunkel "Sound of Silence" in Central Park

YouTube - I Am A Rock

Obviously BOTW is amazing, but its almost too sad- i just can't listen to it anymore as its too heartbreaking. I almost hyperventilate just thinking of how sad i would get ffs.

I would have to say for me its Cecilia. Fantasic song, great simple lyrics and even better Jonno used to sing it to me in bed when we first met:love:

Tho , have to say...Art Garfunkel had a ridiculously un-manageable, tottenham hotspur type hairdo...
couldnt he afford a decent barber.
"I can call you Betty.."...he certainly looked a tad "ooh Betty".:S
