Londoners in the house.. Well anywhere really, Graft has dried up round these parts for a couple of months so i'm shippin out 2 where the work is, Heard the works steady on the new Olympic village for bricklayers.. Had a gander at a few sites but dont really know how dated they are, Can anyone shed any light?

I'm in a similiar position (sort of) except I'm not a bricky! But I work for a developer, a relatively new company and just as things were getting going they've gone really quiet so I'm BORED! It's started to get me down really so just contemplating my options at the mo.

Ha ha! :mad: I'm afraid I'm not much of an x boxer! Am a right in thinking Call of Duty is that one where you get a little headset and you can talk to people? I came in wrecked a while ago and I hate it when the lads play the x box and I was having a bit of a moan prob that I wanted to put some music on and carry on dancing, so they gave me that to talk on and I ended up having a huge coversation with another girl on there, she was telling me about her kids and everything. Bet the serious x boxers weren't impressed. Kept me entertained though :p

Might be a long shot, as Im not entirely sure where you are from/living :$

But my company do alot for this company, and Im hoping to get the second fix metal works for my company, Im not too sure who you would need to speak to, as I speak to contract managers & quantity surveyors-but the site number is this 0121 233 1426

Kier Group plc - Latest News

The development is called Snow Hill in Birmingham and Kier are the main contractors...Im not too sure how far on the site they are but if you are round that area, it may worth a go...

My company subscribe to this thing call glenigan, they provide us with info of any site thats getting built, giving names of the client, right down to the decorators plus contact names ;) If its getting built, they know about it-lol...

To use the package you can search by area, main contractor, location etc etc...If ya want, you can PM me with some of your info on where you live n what it is you do, I can send you names of sites, and poss site manager contacts (if available)

If this isnt no help, just tell me to mind my own buisness and get on with my work :thumbsup:
