Aston Villa FC. Ran by an American millionaire, for fickle brummies who finally start coming through the turnstyles when their team play a BIT better.

Can very vividly remember an article in The Mail about 2 years ago where it rambled on about the plight of Villa and how they couldnt get those 'the people' into the ground. Come 6th and you're up and running agian though eh

I'm making a point about Villa leading the way in turning down massive amounts of corporate dollars & instead giving a childrens hospice charity a national platform & publicity....

I read about that a few days ago and thought it was a great thing for them to do. The only other club to have done anythng remotley similar to my knowledge is barcelona who put unicef on their shirts fro free.

But to put a small local charity on the shirts instead of gettin a few mil, says alot about the people at villa. I aint a villa fan, but hats off to em  a great gesture. Hopefully a few more clubs wil start to feel guilty and do sommat similar

Respect to Villa for that , dont see much community minded things comming out of thr Prem these days.
As for sponser, we've had some shockers, example below. Heard all of the abuse before you think about it lol.
The Ultimate Rubbish Sponser..etc etc
