Almost as annoying as being woken up with a phone call from an automated scam system which announced in a yanky voice "congratulations, you've won a holiday to Florida - press 9 to hear more"

I was thinking the exact same thing yesterday... I would go out of my way not 2 buy a product if i hated the ad.. I dont know who most ads are supposed to appeal to???

Also getting my back up is that fucking Kid rock - sweet home alabama/all summer long affair :mad: what an absolute ****!!!

the last guy who did the confused.com ad was our joshs drama teacher he finished last term he is now in the cast of shameless but have to agree they annoy me to

i agree, ive had this same phonecall several times lately and its beginning to utterly pee me off. I am ex directory too and i never give the home phone number out or put it on any sites at all - i always use my mobile num so how the hell these ppl have gotten hold of my home tel num is beyond me but i am quite angry about it. Do you get charged for recieving those calls? I never press any buttons and as soon as the automated voice starts up I slam the phone down! :mad: :mad: :mad:
