Some**** Somewhere in Summertime
Bloody funny!
It was more the subtle little gags that got slipped in there unnoticed that I liked...
2 up 2 down doing hey you the rocksteady crew :D
the lasses holding the mikes up in the air for the fellas behind pushing the wheelchairs...
how they all wheeled out the sob stories as it got closer to the end...
and... the return of Rick Astley!!!!!!!!!!!!
When he was helping that lass back into her wheelchair & he just
dropped her back onto the deck cos it came to his solo bit, i was rofling away like...
& 'Foxy' at the end... "Let me through, I am actually a doctor!"
Fair play to Cat Deeley & the judges as well for playing along with it all.

Really glad someone has finally done a proper pisstake of all that Pop Idol/X-Factor shite cos it makes me bowk.

I'm not the biggest fan of Peter Kay... Loved his earlier stuff (that Peter Kay thing/Phoenix Nights) but the more recent ones have got a bit samey for me... It was the perfect subject matter for him to really stick the boot in though & I thought he did an excellent job of it :D

Just hoping he doesn't merchandise the arse off it & do ten million spinoffs now though... but i have a horrible feeling there'll be a 'Xmas single'... :naughty: :cops: just move on lad!

I thought it was superb, and I don't mind the single actually being released, it just adds to the comedy.

Made me chuckle a few times esp some of the subtle jokes, also cat shouting ''fcking shut up!'' lol like the new tune its rather catchy too haha! Did think it was going to be more funny, maybe i expected more obvious humor? Him choking on the ticker tape thingys at the end, lol ive always wondered if anybody would end up doing that at any of the finales :D

I generally like Peter Kay, but he had been in the media too much after the live stand up show and its been milked loads.
I found this really funny in places, I liked the medleys they did and some of the gags also, the ending was a bit poo but overall a decent show.
I guess someone had to have a go at all this 'X-Factor' hype that's plastered all over the TV & media!!!!!

How fully would it be if the Geraldine single outsold the proper 'X-Factor' release.
