Any1 know owt about contracting as a Ltd Company and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003?

New to all this - but been offered a position if I opt out the regulation n agree to take payment through a Ltd Company (self setup..)

Any advice would be great - thanx in advance

My brother does this

I think Lloyds TSB will take you through everything about it and give you all the info you need.

You can take a salary and also dividends through the year. His wife also works for him doing his financials and books and she gets the same.
