The review on Ogs is absolutely spot on imo

If there was ever a tune that replicates the incredible experience of ecstacy through sound, then Sasha's M.F.I. mix has to be the one. From the opening drops of rain and chirps with the eerie analog sustained synth and that highly effected 'grooove' sample- the song opens with a slow kickin breakbeat. "You got to get loose" is commanded by the skillfull use of the Freestlye Orchestra samples. As you ride the journey, the climax appears in the form of the song slowly deconstructing and pulsating in a strobe-like effect increasing in intensity as the swooshing of the rain takes you into the next wave...

Anyone know what M.F.I. was ? A night or summat ? Assuming it stands for Mad For It ?

Also love the Shaboo Trance mix which doesn't get played nearly as it deserves to be... top funky assed beats / sax & Claps/Collapse samples :)

Think I prefer the Shaboo mix. The MFI one would sound great without the vocal though, its well trippy. Synth line sounds like Njoi Anthem though. It does sound really proggy though, for some reason I thought that sounds didn't really come in until 92/3......

Kiss me brown eye
I once heard a really uptempo version of that in Carlos... So what mix was that, IF it was even the same tune?
Coulda been somethin else using the same samples?
Sidenote, coulda been PKA remix being overlayed on another tune... Ahh i dunno it was years ago and i was leathered!

Wicked production, have to say from the countless tunez posted on ere, this 1 is deffo one of the best.
...However, the comment "If there was ever a tune that replicates the incredible experience of ecstacy through sound, then Sasha's M.F.I. mix has to be the one" I would have to say I don't agree personally. There is only 1 tune that without fail will take you to a peek every time while on xtc and replicates the tingles even without. This tune is the ultimate xtc tune in my book, and tho Creative Thieves - Nasty Rhythm (Sasha's MFI Mix) is one of the finest productions, it's still never going to beat this in my book.

Play it, close your eyes and grab yourself a free buzz ;)

Not into that tune sounds to poppy for my taste! To say what a fucking tune thats a bit strong for me i was expecting a master piece! hehe!

If i was to get really of my tits in a club it has to be like this from a Hardcore producer! Alec Empire no messing about from the Hardcore boys!
