look at the differece in the customs and police seizures too-20% purity on the streets now wtf-i never buy coke-i dont even take it...its fking shite-surely u should get a less severe sentence if ur caught with technically what is less cocaine if u get nicked????
That Lozzer, is a very interesting legal point. I'd be interested if it had ever been used as a defence.
The Crown would probably take the view that you were presenting it as cocaine and so the law would treat it as such.

If you're arrested for possession of say, an ounce...and it's only at 20% purity...you're only in possession of 5.6 grams of actual cocaine...that's a lot less isn't it????? The law says possession...as in, what u possess-that is actually what u would possess. For an ounce you'd get done with poss and intent to supply-but with 5g's u wouldn't unless they were in diff bags...this could be a very messy legal case...maybe some legal eagle could tell us the script?????(chez???)
I've heard of people getting arrested for having pills on them-then let off because they don't actually contain any mdma...or similar-so even though they are presenting them as pills-they actually didn't possess any actual illegal drugs...

Ed, you are right that the 1st batch of mitsubishi's around 98 were ok but most of the later ones were quite messy. Good for the Gatecrasher crowd though. :S

I had one when I got back from Japan in Summer 2000, don't know what it was but fuck me was it strong, reckon I had about 3 hours missing the next day, came round in someones kitchen watching the olympics. Hadn't had one like that since about 92/3.
Yep the Doves in 93/4 were my favourites as well. There were some with a dollar sign around at that time were good as well.
