Sweet car!

My first car, a '82 Fiat Panda, beige 900cc. Yep, my mates use to take the piss, but seeing as I was the first to drive, bus or the Panda, yep, the bus, er I mean Panda won hands down.

Moved onto several Cavaliers after that, nowt special, but my uncle was a mechanic, so he used to drop a cam & carb into it, 'cos he new I wanted the 1.6 Ghia mk2 escort from him but me dad wouldn't let me have it after he saw me drive! :p

Moved onto VW's when I was 18, got my first camper, then followed a quick slammed bug (wish I could scan some pics).

Several company cars later and I now have an old 323 BMW, a Golf estate with a few mods for Mrs Choc & the Chocettes, yep, my mate takes the piss yet again!

My first was a mini ritz special edition with alloys and stuff
ive also had a xr3i cab , that was a good car immaculate 2 in azure blue.

I suppose the car i loved most was my MGF , It was in theory a piece of shit and was built with spit and string but it had somthing about it that no eurobox had, it was fun!

Ive caved in now and brought a mk5 TDi Sport Golf, Its shit hot!

You looked at having it mapped, Custom Code maps really suite the VAG group.

Running a 20v turbo in a mk4 estate (pretty rare beast), 220+ horses for a family car. ;) Fully spect up other than leather.

£100, ouch!

Yep, not seen another on the road, and my local VW breaker says they didn't make such a beast, but I know they did!!

It comes with a bigger turbo than the GTi 20v Turbo, so the remap helps it along very nicely.

You would not be dissapointed with a CC remap.

 love your VW  interior looks smart in the pics too
like the colours :king:

bet u got some rear end action in that!

haha...sling it yam yam ;) :p

Mate, you wouldnt believe the amount of times I used to get asked if it was a Lotus. I'd be thinking to myself...firstly "I wish" :D and secondly... much as I adored the respray I had on it, if it HAD been a Lotus Sunbeam theres no way I'd have had it like that. Black with silver Lotus stripes, or that kinda moonstone blue with silver Lotus stripes... theres no way I would, or even could, have deviated from that ;)

Doesnt look quite as beefy in the pic, as it was taken from above, out the window, but it was nice and wide, especially the back tyres. Before I could even drive I knew that I wanted to get Alleycat Alloys on a car. :D
The first set I had were pretty naff, and had them black initially. Then I got hold of a set in miles better condition and had them treated and done in that Gold colour  cnuts to clean though :S :D

such a shame it never had the engine to match it looks. Not that it was anything amazing looks-wise of course but always, always used to get loads of boy racers trying to race me off the lights in it  and / or people always used to ask "Is that your boyfriends car?"

and dont even get me started on the amount of times I used to get pulled up by the Old Bill in it :| mind you, thats always happened to me loads, I must look dodgy or something ;) :D but especially in that car

Edit: Oh, and to add... the sunroof .... came out of a Volvo if I recall correctly, and getting it fitted cost me a pack of 20 fags, and a couple of 4-packs of Diamond White I do believe ... ahh the good old days ;) :D

and here were cars number 2 & 3

Winnie was the SRI. Very tidy car when I got hold of it, but I ran it into the ground and ended up giving it away to a mate of a mate in exchange for him coming round and fitting a shower in my flat, lol.
Not long after I got it though I had it a bit modified.
Nipped down to get some oil or something, and as I had an account card at Graham Goode Racing , I ended up coming out of there with an appointment for a couple of weeks time to get it Superchipped, a K & N induction kit added, and a stainless steel straight-through Scorpion exhaust fitted. Lol, how did that happen  :D

Got nicked for speeding a few hundered yards down the road from the garage after picking it up though, lol, so that idea backfired on me again

Boris was my MR2 . Completely impractical, far too little space to lug stuff about, and frankly a 2-seater really isn't much other than a pain in the arse sometimes, but I fell in love with it when I saw it (Probably seduced by the colour tbh, am still of the opinion its the best colour to suit an MR2 of that shape...), but it was in top nick really, bought it off some bloke who worked for Toyota so it had been looked after. Only ended up keeping it a year though, like I said..impractical, and also didnt want to be the one to ruin it, it was too nice, and ended up wanting rid quick.
Also, it was a Japanese import so raped me on the insurance

and finally... the Mini... not mine, was my dads but it was the car I first learnt to drive in :D

Awww  :D

Mini City E - which I wrapped around the front of an oncoming Van whilst trying to avoid going up the backside of the car in front (dodgy unbled mini brakes  )
mini-city-e-oct-1983.jpg

Skoda 130L - which I blew the head on, and had no idea how to fix - so sold it on

Austin Princess - whose gearbox I ran dry of oil

Automatic Mini :| - which I didn't put the oil sump plug in properly and dried it out within a mile or so

Some more sh*tters in my history but only one more has met an untimely demise in my hands and it's still sat on my drive about 5 years after blowing the head
