It's Tolley's Moodstrumental, on the promo (Event 001) as Al says. I bought every mix of this tune before I found out what it was

while we are on this mix does anyone know where the michael jackson mix of black or white exists on vinyl? never did find it, i always thought that the mix on here was c&c mix i may be wrong on that though
