Big shout to pepe and fi fi aka sarah and kev for putting me up for the night you 2 are superstars. Left liverpool about 6-7 to get over to manchester on the train was a bit delayed buy hit oxford road about 8 and then on to find the salutation which is hidden back off the main road was lucky to bump into a local who nicely pointed me in the direction on the pub..
Looked ace from outside proper old english pub and a nice little side bit to sit off with a beer. Headed in and said hello to a few that where there cano and co Miss say say rocking the decks ste huxley and his loverly lady where chatting away was great to see them both again and then I left to the other side of the pub where they do the beers.. Nice friendly staff had a bit of friendly banter with and was well recieved felt like a proper friendly place.. Then the troops started to roll in Brilliant to see mr radish and fellow loons bod bernie and a few others im terrible with names but im sure
I said hello to everyone on the night big thanks to all who bought me a beer and likewise a quick chat then back to the main room for a dance.
I didnt bring my video cam as I couldnt find a blank tape and being late there was nowhere to grab one shame because night vision was needed so brought normal cam which is usaully ace for filming an hr or so but because it was a tad dark the pictures where not great so im in the middle of editing the film I did get from the night which takes time aswell as upping on youtube but here is a taster.

All I can say is it was a brilliant night everyone was up for a laugh and really friendly atmosphere which is what I love about these parties and the music was nicely catered for all tastes which is a thing that In my house is well known for and me being a piano nutt there where some proper classics thrown on which I have not herd played out for a long time....
All the djs looked like they where enjoying themselves and I think the salutation had one of the best parties ever thrown there as even a few locals came from the otherside to see what was happening. I had a such a laugh bouncing around dancing with everyone if you where picked up and swung around by me il appologise now lol....
A Big thanks to Woody and T.C was realy great to see you 2 again T.c I hope your poor arm is on the mend and im sure the dance physio will help..
Was great to see Grover and Shaz I love you 2 loads and I managed not to spill any drinks on shazz which I always seem to do somehow lol.. I had a good chat with grover and a dance off aswell which made me night great to see baz j out hes a superstar... There where so many people I said hello too but I am such a pain with names and forget names but not faces so if you came over and got your ear bended by me a big hi di ho to you ie BONG FIEND AND BRO AND HIS MATES AND ALL THE LOVERLY LADIES IN THE HOUSE dirty pretty thanggg....
Anyway can't wait for the next one as I recon this is the start of something good...

Big shout out going to these 2 who made my valentines a loverly one... we had a brilliant macdonalds eating challenge the next day which was needed after pepe gave me a shot of grandmas old cough syrup which was 180 prooof omg I nearly fell over I have never downed anything as evil as that and hope to find out where he got it from as it is one of them drinks you can only give friends without being attacked WELL STRONG...
His loverly lady friend sarah looked after me the next day and we had such a laugh at the local mc ds getting a variety selection of dips I recon there was 20 dropped in the bag and a free burger for my fat neck Thanks for putting me up and putting up with my jibberish after downing that shot It blew my head off nice one for dropping us off aswell you 2 are superstars.....

been wanting to go to one of these nites for a while, and i have to say i wasn't disappointed, i had an absolutely cracking time, really friendly atmosphere, and the tunes were amazing all nite.
great to see all the ppl i already know again, and to make some new friends, cano n saysay, dave n maz, tc n woody, ste huxley n jo and anyone else i've missed, cheers to u all for making it such a good night. can't believe that i didn't run into you tho dean, didn't even know u were there till after we got back sorry mate, would have been good to meet ya

What a bloody good doo this was.. when we got there Woody n cano was setting up. so promptly got the beers in lol.. Within 5mins the tunes were on and all was good.
Heard some tunes i'd not heard in Yearsand it was brill watching everyones faces as the next un was being dropped

Met some really nice people and put names to a few faces too..

Great music all night (as per), top peeps (as per), good atmosphere (as per) and nice to see In My House back up and running. Hope Woody and Cano have got their enthusiasm back up to keep the night going.
Unsure about the venue, although it sorted of added to the fun in a strange way. One of the barman had a very short memory as he could not take an order for more than one drink at a time and then asked what you had when it was time to pay. Very entertaining to watch and we did drink the bar dry - some achievement (oldskoolalcoholics?)
Good to hear Blackburn Bod play out - some cracking tunes and a top set - despite the slight technical problems.
All in all a good night`s entertainment.

Firstly.. Massive thanks to everyone who turned up on saturday
I know i've said it before and i will no doubt be saying it again in the future but without all you lot, there is no IMH. You lot make the night what it is and create a fantastic atmosphere to boot, and it gives me great pride to see everyone with big grins and hands in the air, proper havin' it 
Was really ace to see everyone again, its been aaages
And great to see some new faces who looked very much like they were enjoying it
erm the venue.. lol
I knew it was a bit of a slum, but i thought it was worth a gamble and i think it paid off
They've already asked me if I would like to do another and I think unless the perfect venue comes up in the not to distant future, we may very well do another
yes the staff were a little mental, and the place resembled "the Jockey" off shameless more than just a bit..
The beers were limited due to the manager going home with the cellar key
and the amp kept only going through one channel and the decks were dodgy(i could go on lol) :S but despite all this i really enjoyed myself until having to go on the decks lol :$
Loads of tunes i had out to play Bodmin or Saysay played before me
and then i found out we had an extra half hour at the end as well
That'll teach me to not bring the usual box full of tunes lol
Thought Bod was farkin ace despite his suicidal looks afterwards Honestly mate you were ace, and it was a chore on those decks too so dont be so hard on yourself. Next time you play for us it'll be sweet as a nut my son

Got there a little late to find the place absolutely rockin, and jam packed Top tunes dropped throughout the night, love it when you hear sommat you havent heard in donkeys yearsphones: , I managed to have a good chat with alot of friendly faces, and spent half the night buzzin off the bar maid who seemed to be doing more dancing than working lol.
I was told off on a few occassions for not dancing enough lol, but i did have a legitimate reason (honest:$ ), believe me, any other night and i would have been giving it loads from start to finish lol, as the tunes, and the vibe was ace .
IMH is a very special night, and i hope there are many more to come
