It's 10 years next year, that's a pretty amazing thing! I know it's early but if something massive was planned then perhaps earlier the better notice wise as it will give people chance to organise babysitters or save up.

What about hiring somewhere with accommodation, getting in touch with long lost members etc and making a weekend of it?

What does everyone else think?

:)

What about organised activities during the weekend- poker, darts tourny's that type of thing? If we had a kitchen at the place i would be up for the cooking a few of the times.

I think it would be great for everyone to get together in a none club enviro. The nights could still be filled with music, people taking turns to dj and shiz.

THAT BARN IN THE LAKESSSSSSSS!!

We're going again in July and it sleeps something like 28 people, out in the middle of nowhere, space for parking, space for rounders etc outside, campfire, big kitchen!!! We hired out a sound system and brought decks and basically had a party all weekend!! :) PERFECT!!!!!!

Have a look...

Well I have not been on here for that long but it would be nice to have something done a little more up north than Manchester for a change and it'll give samplecity a chance to show off with his well renowned hill running technique ;) so we would be up for it.

Id fly off the Rock for this one, Even if it meant not coming up this year, as i would save the pennys and time off for it.

If people do actually wana do this then we would have to probably get an idea of how much people want to pay/when we want to do it? This barn gets booked up and it's not cheap. However, split between the full group it only worked out at about £50ish for the weekend...

When we went last time, we had a group meals planned (bolognaise/full english for breaky/curry-altho I didn't have that coz it's ming lol) and everyone put money in for the main meals, plus some extras like coissants n shiz (Costco is ace). Anything extra people wanted, they just brought themselves, including drinks.

Have a look at the pics from last time, twas mint!!
