hello &

Hello to all, nice to be here, I found the site by accident, while I was looking for a song that was used in the granada Documentary "this england" I am sure we have all seen it, many many times ,but does any one out there know were I can find - the song featured in the early part of the programe , as the people were pushing to enter the casino, it was a female singer, and the words "i'm coming home to you " i think were heard , but with the song being played in the background ,it was hard to tell really!

So you wonderfull helpfull people ! can you help a guy out ?

Hi people new to the site a mate in work put me on to it and i love him for it :love: Does anybody know wher i can buy the Back In Time volumes by Mike Stewart from? Ive been after them for ages. I have a couple of old tapes to show for my troubles! :confused: Please help me you'd make me a very very happy man :mad:

hey ppl ,new to this site ,,,was a raver bk in the day ,used to go kinetic in longton ,,shelleys ,,,the base place in brum ,ans smokies in the multi storey car park after ,,,,,,,best days of my life :)

welcome :thumbsup:........the Bass place was absolutely rocked in 90/91 the underground car park after was mad as fuck ppl tripping their nuts off cops strolling thru all the cars blasting out mixes!:D

Just saying Hi really.

I am an ex DJ - spent 'quite' a few years from early 80's into Noughties playing old school House, Electro (the real stuff!), and Funk/Soul.

Worked for Warner music during 90s in security - great way to meet up n coming stars (and tons of music freebies!)

Have links with 'One Nation' through my buddies - Terry Stone (Turbo) and Dave Courtney etc.

Set up a new experience recently - Eclectic Electric - bringing 'old skool' back to masses! (I hope)

Will keep you up to date on progress

searching for a tune

not sure where to start, I'm trying to find a tune that used to played at the start of a night at a club in Bath in the early 90's(92-93) uhm dance tune obviously, I think it was called "allright" or maybe "its gonna be alright" and maybe the artist had "rythm" in the title but it wasnt shades of rythm or maybe it was but its not that tune thats on all the compilation cd's from back then, uhm anyone help? I guess you'd need to be 35 plus really.....ta

I live in Liverpool and back in the day was regular at Quadrant Park, fallows....basically anywhere I could dance the night away to some great tunes......always managed to find the all nighters even in the strangest of places to :thumbsup:

It took me long enough to register but thankfully I have done so I can now keep up to date with everything that's going on in with the old skool anthems, yeahhhh x

It was the zone reunion that did it on Sat nite @53 degrees, been meaning to sign up for yonks, top atmosphere by the way all you Zone crew!

Right, i cant get any more precise than the the fucking title i`m after givin yis now...i used to go home and stick this one on the video when the club was over...not taking the piss but there was a horse in it and it wasn`t fucking animal farm!! i`ve searched all over the shop and cant find the fucker..and no it wasn`nt the acid i was on aswel,...find that video and reap the rewards....

Noobie's first post!

Hi all,

Joined the forum today.

Hopefully this is the first post of many.

I have noticed that a few of the people posting on this site are also on discog's and other site's around the Old Skool network. A few familiar names keep popping up from peoples lists on discogs etc.

I have a few track i.d's I'd like help with which I will post in time and hopefully get to know you all.
