New laptop woes! OSA Radio no worky

I just got a new laptop after my trusty old one decided to kick the bucket on Wednesday.
It's got this cacky Windows 7 and won't let me listen to OSA radio.
I'm running Firefox (latest) and it keeps asking for plug ins.
Can't find them and asks me for manual install instead.

Any ideas?

Apparently the 1 on this page works Windows Media Player - MozillaZine Knowledge Base ..
