Ha ha thanks all - had a nice day at the farm with the family
Day just been ruined though by another leak coming from the bathroom
To be honest im ready to sell and move again after 8 months here- yeah im angry

Battle on cherub itll work out in the end. Ive had no end of mither with mine - just had to have the fireplace re built cus the fire was too hot for the hole it stood in, so thats another 300 quid and load of mess and now i have a hole in my garage roof, which is made of asbestos grrr! woo hooo cant wait for that one!
