I have created a website using a program called iweb which is a really great program & easy to use there is a lot more i have to figure out tho,if anyone has any ideas for my site let me know i have recently only just started it the more work i do the more it will fill up!....it will take time! got to start somewhere!...

If there is any website designers who can help me out in anyways like a flash intro & moving graphics etc i would really appreciate it!....

Let me know what you think of it up to now!....

Hi Monty,

Now you're talking about something I know about.

The first thing to do is to get some kind of web analytics on there. That way you can see how much traffic you are receiving as well as where it is coming from, search terms used etc. I recommend Google analytics which is free and quite comprehensive until you get to enterprise levels of traffic...

If I'm being honest, I would scrap iweb and use wordpress instead as it is much easier to use and you can use some pretty decent plugins for SEO, RSS feeds and auto updates to twitter, facebook etc. I believe that some plugins are available to make the site more mobile friendly which is an important consideration these days...

If you're going to be distributing video content to Youtube and other video sites, set up the accounts and then sign up for a free account with Tube mogul, this will allow you to upload the video once and it will auto distribute to most video sites around the web.

I would also advise on a facebook group/page and a twitter account. I think even Myspace allows auto updating from wordpress also, so that may be worth looking at.

Good idea i will add a discogs link to my old tunes,i have most of my sets i did on OSA radio playing Breaks,Hardcore & other styles i will go through these & cut them into 1 hour mixes it will take some time but it is worth it with a link to OSA website thanks Dave!....:cool:

Wow some cool & interesting stuff John all this looks like the really important stuff i need to know i will have to read about everything you have mentioned most of it at this moment i do not understand,first thing i will do is watch a few You Tube videos to see Wordpress in action i have seen RSS feeds in iweb but not to sure what it does yet thanks :cool:

If you guys come up with anything else at anytime please let me know the more the better,i will have a go at adding a games page & also look into adding a forums thanks for your times guys i really appreciate it! :D
