Right you boys, Im gonna stick up for Lily here. She isn't a 'self-styled' celebrity, she has earned her status. Her music is pop...so it's never going to be ground breaking, but her skills as a writer are fantastic. She is sooooo good with words, it makes me sick. For young women, she is a voice of a generation, completely accessible and funny to boot.
She's not 'conventional' looking, but why the fuck would you want to be? She doesn't fit into this 'sexy' stereotype, that is completely modelled on what men want. This is positive. I think her attraction is just how individual she is. She is attractive, but in a way you can't put your finger on (the best kind imo).
Having watched her new program on TV about her shop, I do believe she has quite a bit of growing up to do, but this isn't negative. She also has a few things she needs to let go of mentally...but this will come I think. I think though, this still works as part of her 'charm'.

I don't agree with the words bit but she does write a catchy pop tune which I like.
