1982?:S Was it really out then?

I would have guessed about 84 after the Spectrum in 82, then the Commodore Vic 20, then I thought the 64 came a couple of years later:S

Still, some retro is cool I'd love an old ghetto blaster again

I was one of the sad kids that was only allowed a BBC micro, no Commodore or Spectrum for me!!

I had a C64 way back when and I was trying to cast my mind back to which year it was and, like you Jigs, I settled on 1984, as i'm sure it was the Christmas I also got the Band-Aid 7" single, as did everyone else that year
I thought the C64 was fairly new out that year but maybe not then, looks like I was behind the times. Once a technophobe stuck in a time warp, always a technophobe stuck in a timewarp
PS can I interest anyone in buying the latest new fangled transport method...think its called the Sinclair C5 or summat
