Whats the old skool snake?

Hi guys, not been on here for quite some time, as I did a richie havens (whent back to me roots) and started promoting Northern soul nights, just wondered what the oldskool equivialant of Al Wilson's- the Snake is?

( the snake is just about the most cliched, played out piece of northern ever, great track but soooooooooo over played).

I've got a few dates spinnin hac and shelly's anthemz in the near future and know I'll get asked for some cheesey shite, so what'll the worst be, Rhythm is a mystery? Acid rock?

I dont know what peoples beef is with acid rock, it was one of those tunes that the warehouse scene grew on, always reminds me of strobes and dark corners, mind u i shouldnt complain cus its lesser played due to people thinking its crap so win win for me lol!. Anyway, theres planty of cheesy shite in the old skool descriptive calender.
