Looking forward to it, can't do much stargazing when it doesn't go dark til after midnight, and even then it doesn't even go proper dark. Not that there's anything to see anyway with all this fookin cloud! :(

Feck off with your glass half empty attitude:p The days are still getting longer and it'll be months before they really get short  The summer solstice is the first day of summer too, so something to be happy about:D

Here Jonathan, go and chat with this miserable lot ;) :p http://www.gothmoodybastard.com/

I just love living in this counrty and enjoy all the changing seasons. Obviously a bit more sun and less rain would be nice but i still wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I am now ready for Autumn and all the things that come with it- bommy night etc. Then woooooop, it is Christmas season- and that lasts for a whole 3 months in this house. It is easily the best time of year and i just love how the house tranforms into something really cozy and festive. Plus the cold weather is nice for casseroles, puddings etc:thumbsup:

I fuckin love all seasons providing they are distinct...

I love the ice cold Winters, snow on the ground, rosy cheeked walks, roaring fires inside.

I love Autumn for the beauty of the landscape... amazing colours & russet walks, the smells of bonnys in the air

I love spring & seeing the world slowly come to life... new born lambs, blossom, buds etc

I love a good baking Summer, heat shimmer on a tarmac road, icecreams & icelollys that you have to eat quick or they melt in yer hand, short skirts & short tops on fittys etc :D

What I hate is one continual grey wet splurge of one season into another...

Are you peaking off an ad hoc double drop perchance?

We say bommy up here, i noticed before you always say bonny- is it a north/south thing?

I just fuckin love nature :D

It's a BON-fire naturally it's a bonny... you're all weird up north ;)

Being a midlander I straddle the north / south divide with my magnificent hairy clock-weights swinging like a pendulem :gigolo:
