Confused!! Spare Beat Records vs. Soapbar

hi there, there's some confusion running in my head about these

Luxury (2) - Luxury II at Discogs

Joint Project - Spirtual Guidance / Dark Rider (Vinyl) at Discogs

I got the first on vinyl, but I got the Joint Project one on mp3 and it happens to have the same tracks as the spare beat's Luxury vinyl...
maybe an error on the mp3?
or I am wondering if perhaps are them two records with the same tunes under different names?

Definately an error on the MP3 mate, the two releases were at over a year apart.
