Snow report: Anyone seen any this december?

2 bouts of hail here earlier, but still no snow. According to the weather though, there's a very good chance of getting some between this evening and tomorrow afternoon.

WE had a lil drizzle of it at about half 9 this mornin for about 10 minutes .. No more i hope

Its not that i dont like snow.. its jus when it freezes and turns into a dangerous hazard and becomes an ice skaters wet dream i dislike it :|

Yeah we have snow in the central belt in Scotland, not the torrent we had last year but its early doors yet, expecting the worst again, will get the pics up soon when we are snowed in and eating shoe-stew

Got about an inch and a half here 25 miles North of Inverness due to snow next 2 days. Makes driving fun

Woke up to a few slight patches of snow, but it failed to arrive properly here. Just as well as my winter tyres still haven't arrived:|

Sleet and hail here at work in widnes, but it's definitely stepped up to winter gear now *looks for the brrrrrrr smilie*

Yep for sure mate, prob come over for 1 day and night as have the kids to be babysat etc. Its about a 60 mile journey from my house so wil certainly spend the night. Which night Im not sure as of yet but wil let ya know.

Hello! snowed like a mother around Ripon (A61) area today... not laying though as its a bit wet. The hills up dale are white.
I can dig the snow when i'm in looking out but not when i'm out looking in.

it snowed most of the morning in the dales, but didn't stick around it was wet stuff

there was 6" on the A7 at Hawick, had to turn back on the Eskdalemuir road then got stuck in a snowbank and had to be pushed out, then had to return back to Langholm to cross over the fells to Lockerbie, just around 4" there
i think im in the lakes tomorrow, ill get some pics for ya Jiglo
