Has anyone else got this 12" - TrueBlood - Rhythm Of Life EP (Bootleg)? I'm just wondering how the sound quality is, cause there's been some real dodgy bootlegs pressed over the years. It's got some great tracks, but can't say i fancy forking out for the original.

Havent got the bootleg or original although original is on my wants. My attitude is that bootlegs suck and I avoid them where possible....I do have a few which will be up for sale when sorted.
Bootlegs used to be realy crap quality, recorded from vinyl to vinyl or worse still tape to vinyl meaning alot of the top end range was lost. However since digital recording the quality of bootlegs seems to have got better. Given this is a 2006 pressing the recording quality is likely to be good.
Sometimes a good bootleg is better than a poor condition original with some bootlegs now going for realy good money.

Heh, not at all mate, i appreciate the feedback. And yeah i totally agree. I've generally avoided bootlegs in the past except for 12"s like this where the original is so damn expensive. I'll take a punt on it anyway. The worst that can happen is wasting a tenner on a crappy piece of vinyl.
