They've lost an order of tunes worth about £70, it was a next day trace and track service, looks like they've delivered it to the wrong address, and now they are giving me the run around. I've spoken to 3 different people who all seem to be passing the buck.

Its not the money so much but a couple of the tunes were limited pressings and are now completely sold out everywhere...so even if I get refunded I've missed out still.

Anyone had sh*t dealings with Parcel Force?

Only when Ive had to pay custom charges on a few occasions:mad:

Fkin customs......had to cough up £90 a couple of years ago for a shipment of records from USA!!! They were marked as 2nd records with a value of £18 but they opened them and charged VAT as if they were new records:mad:

Regarding Parcel Force, they did loose a Vestax VCI300 which I posted, ended up ok as a neighbour had taken it in for the buyer who had forgotten for 3 weeks about the parcel!! Parcel Force said it had been delivered and signed for, did not give a toss and said a claim by me for lost post would unlikely succeed due to item being signed for and therefore delivered!!

I always use a local friendly post office who have said if there is any problems then they will help me sort it out with Royal Mail. This alone means I always go back to them.

Best of luck and hope it all turns up intact.

hmmmm think is tho it could be sender aswell putting the wrong postal adress down like wrong post code or putting it down in rubbish writing and them not understanding a word what it says but i suppose if that was the case they proberly send it back to the sender

Never had a problem with them *touches wood* Everything seems to get sent to the local depot and it's easy enough to collect after work:thumbsup:

 You've gotta say fair play to the customs men though siman, as they got that one right;) :D

I was amazed that a Kaoss Pad 3 got through customs from Japan with something like 'Toy: value £14' If they'd got the package though then fair play:thumbsup: ...But glad they didn't get that one :p :D They did get a mixer that was sent through from America though and there's extra duty on those as well
