lol...I thought this would be easy but I just couldn't narrow it down to any less than 6 from me...Dupree just seems to go with anything so I left it out for other to submit. My selection is this...and by far and away my fave is the Specials mix, hard as fk to mix as the timing isn't sequenced obv, but the Specials are tight, this came from the album mix of Stereotypes.

6...JBO music is life
5...Such a good feeling
4...Tyrell corp, Limerick vs Raze bass power
3...Requiem vs Pumpin it up Orchestra
2...JM Silk vs Thunder 2
1...Lydon, Leftfield vs Specials stereotypes

Not really an 'accapella' mix as such but I do love putting Mental Cube - Chile of the bass generation over Dennis Waterman - I could be so good for you.

Also Chas & Dave - Rabbit over Beltram - Energy Flash.

A real nice pella mix that I do is MLK - I have a dream over 2 Pac - Changes (instrumental).

Shoom's you have got to be getting realy bored to be even thinking of putting some of these together.......Chas & Dave;) ??

MLK does go with so many things including

Nikita Warren - I Need You (MLK Dream Speech) - YouTube

Benny, I sort of agree although I do play the occasional one like the original 1986 Candi Staton

The Source ft Candi Staton - You Got The Love (House Apella) [1986] - YouTube

used to oftem put the Wareband "Warehouse Days of Glory" acca into Together "Hardcore Uproar" but only the start not all the way through, gave me goosebumps when the airhorns kicked in ;)

also used to play the "in the begining there was jack and jack had a groove", then start Axe Corner so that axe corned dropped right on cue when it said, "and house music was born"

i often do this one
josh winx - higher state / hijack - the badman is robbin

also
lil loius - french kiss / mlk - i have a dream speech
gat decor - passion / corrina - loving you like crazy
double 99 - ripgroove / whitney - i wanna dance

and one i nicked off blue jammer, many moons ago!
orbital - belfast / sterling void - its alright

not mine but im sure someone used to do a pella or mix with George Micheal & Aretha Franklin "I Knew You Were Waiting For Me" over Primal Scream "Come Together" its all a bit hazy but im sure i have heard it and remember it beeing rather good ?

one of the best pella i have heard was John J used to drop Doug Lazy "Let The Rhythm Pump over Asmo "Jam The Dance" which was a good one phones:
